SX 1047 High Build WB Flexible Surfacer was developed to offer a flexible waterborne
surfacer with excellent performance on urethanes, plastic, fiberglass and other
substrates.

Surface Preparation
- Apply SX 1002 Sanding Paste and abrade with a gray scuff pad, then rinse
thoroughly with water. Blow off surface.
- Clean with SX 1004 Plastic Cleaner and Prep using a lint free towel, wiping
in one direction.
- Sand with 180 - 220 grit sand paper and re-clean with SX1004 Plastic Cleaner
and Prep.
Application Procedures
- Apply 2 medium coats of SX 1047 High Build WB Flexible Surfacer.
- When surfacer dries, apply SXA 1030 Guide Coat Black.
- Dry sand with 320 - 400 grit sandpaper.
- Wipe and blow off surface. Tack clean with a tack cloth.
- Apply the PPG paint system of choice.
Note: Do not wet sand.
