SX 1056 Flexible Sealer PD-765
SX 1056 Flexible 2K Sealer was developed to offer an easy mix, 2K flexible
urethane sealer used to improve adhesion before priming or topcoating flexible
parts.

Surface Preparation
- Apply SX 1002 Sanding Paste and abrade with a gray Scotchbrite pad, then
rinse thoroughly with water. Blow off surface.
- Clean with SX 1004 Plastic Cleaner and Prep
- Sand with 400 grit paper, blow off and re-clean with SX Series Plastic Cleaner
and Prep.
- SX 1050 Plastic Adhesion Promoter should be applied to any exposed plastic.
Application Procedures
- Apply 1 - 2 medium coats of SX1056 Flexible 2K Sealer. Use 8 - 10 psi at
the cap for HVLP equipment or 40 - 50 psi when spraying from conventional
equipment.
- Allow to air dry, then topcoat with the appropriate PPG Topcoat system.
